Commissioned work at GutLoaded Studios is a collaboration between your vision and our creative process. Each project begins with a conversation about your idea, reference material, and desired direction, followed by a focused design phase where concept and composition are developed with care and intention.

Each commission is treated as a unique piece built around detail, character, and visual impact. Whether you’re looking for an original piece to hang up, a memorial illustration or a design to make your brand stand out.

Because every piece is made to order, timelines and pricing vary based on complexity and scope. Once your concept is approved, you’ll receive clear updates throughout the process until completion.

To secure your portrait, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward the final cost of the artwork.
Typical turnaround time is 2–4 weeks, depending on the complexity and level of detail involved. Once your deposit is received, you will be provided with a rough concept based on the ideas discussed.
Each commission includes up to three revisions during the sketch phase. Additional changes beyond the included revisions will be $50 per adjustment.
Final payment is due upon completion of the artwork before delivery or release of the finished piece.
Gutloaded Studios retains all copyright and reproduction rights to all artwork. Original pieces may be used for prints, promotional material, and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the start of the commission.
